Great Employer, but losing site of the big picture

Pros

You learn a lot. You gain experience above all other employers can offer. If you can work as a team you can be successful. Benefits are incredible. A great place to work to beef up skills.

Cons

You have high case load and can be extremely stressful if you aren't prepared. This is causing high turnover. PD is constantly adding new features that NSE's struggle to find time to learn. Documentation is behind. Management for NSE's is poor and the Director seems to care less about solving problems then gaining bonus. (like every Director). You have to work one holiday a year, You cannot take Personal Sick days with out reprocussions.

Pros

Biggest collection of smart people I've ever seen. Health benefits are very good. Company culture is awesome - beer fridays (with company supplied beer!). They train you with some very marketable skills.

Cons

Lower levels of the support organization are habitually understaffed and overworked. Once you get trained with an additional skillset, the job stress/workload goes from 'wow this is a great job' to 'wow, let me polish my resume'.

Pros

-nice technology and opportunity to learn a lot -chance to see a company that is doing well finally -many interesting people to meet -if you can play politic you can definitely success there -good benefits

Cons

-they don't focus on employees. they don't care if you stay with them or not -overall communication with management is terrible. There are some 1st level mgmt that are fine but majority of them are only interested in their own carrier and bonuses -commuting to chertsay is really bad -there are really nice people who work there but because work balance is bad you don't have a chance to socialize -stats driven environment; a lot of politic -came to Glassdoor because I'm looking for a new job. seeing so many high positive review about the company I'm very suspicious that many of these can be fakes
