      Company is good, but make sure you are not the next one to layoff.

      When I joined the company, I have seen the reviews like company is laying off employees, but generally it happens only once, with this expectations I have joined the company, after 1 year I am been layed off as well. Not only me few employees as well, management has no clear clue or idea on the company behaviour and next plan as well, Only thing is have to reduce the employee count. Before joining F5 make sure you have having good connection outside, anytime you will be the one who can lose the job.

Prior to their arrival, the teams were highly motivated and engaged, but since then, morale has noticeably declined, leaving many team members uncertain about their direction. F5's current environment may serve as a case study in how leadership changes can impact a team’s culture. Employees now feel they lack a voice, and decision-making appears to be highly centralized. It’s unclear if C-level executives are aware of the current issues within IT or if there has been any investigation into the root causes of employee dissatisfaction. For candidates evaluating multiple job offers, it may be worth considering other options until these concerns are addressed at F5.
