Salary and benefits, having the option to work remotely

Cons

The culture of the company is working overtime, there is no work-life balance. The manager has the right to end your contract without any reason or any advance discussion or advice. you do not have any right to speak as an employee, and HR is on the employer's side as well. The work environment is full of stress and pressure. It is not an environment to grow!

Excellent time off offerings, benefits, and flexible working locations. Pay depends on locality of role.

Cons

Extremely left-leaning globalist corporate officers. They support BLM activism and extreme "Diversity and Inclusion" and ESG over everything else. Current plans are to increase outsourcing jobs to other countries outside the U.S.A. If you're middle of the road or conservative in your outlook, probably not the best fit for you.
