Good company, okay products, behind the technology curve

Cons
Huge amount of turmoil in the last year due to management changes and politics. The product is very complex and hardware-centric, and the market is moving away from that toward easy to deploy cloud-based (read rent-as-you-go) services. There hasn't been significant technological innovation in that direction in three to four years (quote from the CEO). Everyone is confused about the future direction of the company and there is virtually no direction or effective leadership at present. There is virtually no career progression with all this turmoil, and management is least concerned with developing their employees.
