Absolutely outstanding company to work for in terms of salary, stock, and opportunity to make a difference. Many challenges present interesting opportunities for advancement and the CEO is an individual who makes sound business decisions so it has been a very stable company over the years. Very lean flat organization so the opportunity to work with senior and executive management is unique in my experience as compared to most other companies.
