Pros
- Work Culture is the best if you are working at the Hyderabad location. - I was working in the Core SSL-FIPS team & my manager was really supportive. In general, I saw managers here are supportive enough - Company policies are very much employee friendly - HR takes a lot of initiative for employee welfare - Recognition is good - A lot of focus on work-life balance
Cons
- Inter team politics sometimes delay work. - Main product is BigIP & work in mainly related to development & maintenance of BigIP. Hence support work will be dominating development opportunities.
