Coworkers are super smart and friendly. Dedicated to quality. Engineering does a lot of things well and the things they don't, they actively try to get better at.

Cons

Not much, overall really good place to work.

- Good compensation - Flexible working conditions

Cons

- Way behind on cloud with no idea how to differentiate (it might be too late) - Clueless middle management, no idea who the actual workers are and constantly rearranging the deck chairs while the ship sinks. I was there for 5 years and had new management every 12 months. - Stop paying lip service on diversity, it will only hurt in the long term and focus on solving the world's problems instead.
