government retirement, lots of PTO, guaranteed salary increases yearly.

Cons

Typical government bureaucracy, tenured employees not open to change, hard to push through new ideas, lots of red tape.

Pros

The organization has very good work/ life balance, flexibility on telework schedule. Fairly Good compensation and benefits, very friendly andd knowledgeable people to work with.

Cons

Being highly competitive organization, career growth is a challenge which all employees have to take. Other than that I donot have any cons.
