Pros

Pre-trump, things were great. Amazing work- life balance. Allowed space to be independent, most days. Great team. Everyone was competent and well educated.

Cons

The enjoyment of this job highly depends on your direct manager. The manager I started with was completely overbearing with very few boundaries that I had to combat often. Also because it's an admin role people WILL try to pass the admin work they don't want to do onto you. Post-trump things were not the same. Morale was down. It was awful going into the office everyday.
