Pros

Very respectful work life balance. People are nice. Good benefits, amazing manager. Good job security. Helpful engineers and coworkers. Flexible hours.

Cons

Still have to work over time often since there's a lot to do. Workload fluctuates though -- sometimes there's periods where things are light, but also when things are very heavy. Most project managers are understanding and respectful, but there are a couple who are not as much. A bit outdated for work culture. Not very modern.
