Easy job. The matches are spread out but management will offer you extra hours to clean and stock.

Cons

Low pay. Full time people get treated better than part time. Working in some areas can be hot and some employees are jerks.

- Long hours, overtime is 50% pay instead of 150% like most jobs - Very little respect given to the sales team as they are expected to do all of the dirty work for the organization - Unrealistic expectations and goals used to fear monger and fire staff, so constant turnover - Sales management actively competes with and undercuts subordinates - Little direction or conviction to sales plans so everything can change on a dime without warning
