Nothing. It is a Horrible place to work from the pay rate to how employees are treated, it is just awful!

Zero accountability from leadership. Promises are made and broken constantly. Want to move up? Good luck. Petty culture and favoritism abound, thus higher education is greatly neglected. The organization favors certain groups over others, evidenced by promotions and terminations. Management only cares about one thing and that is the money/numbers. Basically, steer clear of this company and save your time.
