Good company for a beginner as they provide very cost effective training sessions.

they give salary at time they tell you but politics is too much and smart guy make fool to the management and less spoken people always suffer there.

Cons

they will give two months notice period but it's for just name sake they will not pay any amount if they tell you to leave and try to justify the reason badly and injustice way.
