Flexible hours. Good benefits, cafeteria, Good business vision from CEO and upper management

Cons

Overwhelming work load. Too much OT eats your family time. Pay is not competitive.

Director in IT Infrastructure space is highly knowledgeable and amazing at managing the work life balance of team members.
