Pros

Unique benefits not often found at other corporate headquarters, such as free parking, workout facility, staffed cafeteria, free coffee. Work-life balance. Can work from home when needed. Great medical/dental benefits. Executive management are incredible. The CEO really devotes time trying to get to know every employee. Wonderful coworkers with diverse experience. An environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the training material and methods are outdated.

Cons

They waste your time. They interviewed me, took a month to reach out. Then in-person, insulted my current job and then criticized me because I'm young. Would not work for this company, they want you to work 24/7 and in-office, even though it says hybrid. Everyone is very rude.
