      Pros

      Hybrid work (3 days in office). DPSP, RRSP matching. Annual bonus. Minimal overtime required. Management doesn’t micromanage.

      Cons

      Not much room for career advancement. Salaries are pretty low considering todays inflation rates. Lots of learning required as the rules of filing for insolvency is new to most people.

      Heavy workload, low salary

      Great colleagues. Flexibility with shifts.

      Cons

      Salary does not match the amount of work that is expected. High stress role. When others on your team are off, you are expected to cover for them while also managing your own very heavy work load. Training was a joke. There is no structured training. You are paired with a senior officer to train, and you just have to hope that you were shown all that you need to succeed in the role. I'd think twice before applying here.
