Not Worth the Stress

Pros

Good benefits plan is about it

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism is the name of the game here. Don't expect to get ahead by just doing good work. You are looked down on if you are ever unable to work overtime. Very cliquey, like being in high school all over again, even when it comes to management. If they don't like the way you look, or talk, or dress, you will definitely be looked down on, and never given proper opportunities to succeed. Pay is very low compared to industry standards. Honestly not worth the stress you will be under.

Pros

Nice office - cafeteria onsite - gym facilities onsite

Cons

Hard to get to - not much options for lunch. Management is threatened by knowledgeable employees. High school atmosphere - not a place I would recommend for experienced professionals.

Pros

Benefits are on par with other large companies. Co-workers are supportive. Lots of learning opportunities if you can manage your workload.

Cons

Management is more worried about looking good to their superiors than supporting their team. Individual growth and progression is not possible without being a leader's favourite. In-office requirements are archaic and unnecessary. There is not enough desks for all staff to attend the office. Most departments are 100% paperless, therefore no need to be in-office. Even in-office, meetings are held via zoom. Make it make sense. Overtime is not required, but strongly encouraged; that's not work-life balance. Employees are made to feel guilty for not being able to meet deadlines, even during peak season. Teams are consistently understaffed. Very little recognition from leaders (especially upper management). Upper management is out of touch with the actual operations of their business. CEO once told employees in a Town Hall to "work harder".
