Working at FCT

Pros

Work from home during pandemic. Monday to Friday workdays. Bonuses are given on an annual basis. There is not too many pros.

Cons

It's a call centre environment. The company does not listen to its employees. They put out 2 surveys a year to win a great place to work awards. We worked from home 1 day a week pre-pandemic and now as the variant continues to rise our arrangements are now null and void and back to work 4 days a week.

Fair compensation, office is reasonably nice, management and executives are open to conversation

Cons

Back to office mandate is 4 days a week, regardless of your preferences, manage's preferences, team preferences, personal situation, or pre-pandemic working arrangement.
