      Culture that cares about helping others

      Pros

      - People are always willing to help out their colleagues - Everyone cares about the customers deeply - You can find opportunities to stay with the organization if you're looking for a company that you can stay with for your whole career - It's a good organization if you're entry level or have legal experience - The culture focuses a lot on recognition

      Cons

      - There are a lot of tenured people and favouritism exists - While a culture of being helpful exists, most people are rewarded for being sole contributors, and there's not a lot of true collaboration - A hero mentality is celebrated - saving things at the last minute, instead of fixing problems up the pipeline/process

      Pros

      FCT has great employee programs including achievers rewards. They do a good job training their people particularly in leadership - but they could do more on the product side. The people at FCT are awesome. The office is great with the grill for lunch and the time zone gym. Leadership is great too. And the good ones typically rise up. This is a customer centric organization. The survey and listen to customers with an eye to ensure they are satisfied.

      Cons

      Like every group there is always a couple bad eggs. While management / leadership is usually pretty good at sniffing them out I witnessed a few stay around and leave good people in the wake.
