There aren't many pros at FCT.

Cons

The stress-driven culture where everything is the highest priority will drive a monk to hate his life. Employees are treated like furniture, with at least one weekly reminder from the godfather wanna-be that firing you is always an option he holds. A production support team costs millions annually but cannot solve the most straightforward problems without additional support. Outdated technologies and tools. Thanks to the great leadership in IT, the latest multi-million investment is proven to be buggy at best and possibly another failure to add to the growing list. Career advancement symptoms involve the sudden appearance of a brown substance in the nose area.

Flexibility in work life balance Work from home options Team managers are great/feels like family Free wifi

Cons

No parking in Hamilton office Low pay for the work required- expect entry level junior wages (and you have to pay to park) Upper management/executives seem to have no idea of the work involved in processing and what their processing teams actually do. Not a lot of incentive for advancements as leads don't make much more than a title officer and seem do the work of a manager. Never enough staff during peak months- company relies on students and you spend more time fixing their mistakes.
