You might get a good job at the end of it through good luck and A LOT of work.
Cons
Pay is poor. Training is not good and unfunded. Contract has £20000 liability clause for early leave within 2 years. Very strange office culture, very much a lot of propaganda and hot air, those who question will be treated with hostility.
