Great way to get your foot in the door as a graduate with a well known company.

Pros

There are loads of people in the FDM community, so made some great friends on the graduate scheme. Foot in the door for big name multi nationals and banks etc.

Cons

They didn't really seem to care about the consultants. The training was minimal, didn't prepare us greatly for roles. 9 weeks unpaid training, straight after university was difficult to manage. Luckily had a supportive family, other people would be at a disadvantage.
