Everything else is designed to take advantage of you. This company preys on young people with little experience and signs them to contracts that essentially holds them hostage all while drastically underpaying employees.

Leadership lacks diversity, and the diverse leadership that exists is largely tokenism—not actually good managers. FDM managers and execs have all been at the company a long time and stay because they have better comp and benefits than 95% of the employees. As such most people managers aren’t that competent or nice and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Execs jet around the world to feel important but are not respected. Notoriously arrogant CEO. Corporate culture of blame rather than taking ownership. Most of the company doesn’t seem to be on the same page. Next to no roles available in the US, but they keep hiring. Nepotism that starts at the top. Unprofessional corporate culture of workplace relationships that starts at the very top.
