      Pros

      The training is great. The Salary is good as long as you are outside London. Good Clients.

      Cons

      After you leave the training- The Sales Team no longer care about you, You are locked into a very very unfair contract for 2 years, No progression unless you move onto client site after the two years. The HR team do not care about you. You can not have a work/life balance because of what they expect from you.

      Pros

      Good training Good job opportunities (big companies, big names)

      Cons

      Training and after training period is unpaid. You get paid only when your placement starts You have to come everyday 9 to 5 and wait for you placement (can be even 3 month)

      Good opportunities provided but...

      Pros

      Good training and useful skills like SQL, UNIX, ITIL and PRINCE2 are provided. Plenty of opportunities from the clients.

      Cons

      Relationship between consultants and sales team is disconnected. Transparency of roles available is so low. Interview feedback is seldom discussed with the consultant unless you get placed. You don't feel respected by the sales team especially the head of sales.
