We are pleased to hear you are enjoying the friendly and inclusive culture that we work very hard to nurture here at FDM. It is very important to us that our trainees and consultants establish a good network with their peers at the same time as training for their future.
It is really good to see your comments on the 2 year contract. Alongside providing you with security and exposure to long-term projects, this contract is also in place to provide the clients with the continuity of personnel and the opportunity to fully invest in your development. I would have liked to have the same thing in place early in my career too!
