      Good and bad at the same time

      Pros

      Brilliant training and experience. Clients are usually well known companies and most will hire you on once your initial contract is over. The training provided is very beneficial, especially if you've never worked in that field before.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average for a graduate job, Plus, once out working with the clients you feel very out of the loop of what is going on. If you are unfortunate enough to not get placed quickly, but your training is finished, there isn't anything helpful that you can do and you just end up being bored waiting for a placement. When one does come, a lot of the time it will be in an area that you're not interested or wouldn't be well suited for.

      Pros

      When I started in 2014 the 10-week training (including the UK part) was paid which was nice. Starting going for interviews already during training phase which lead to being placed as soon as I finished my training.

      Cons

      Back then there was a rule that you only get part of your salary if you are not placed which I think was not fair. Hope they changed that.

      My office was located away from my team which made it difficult to always be kept up-to-date with what was going on.
