      Fired all the USA trainers who were the best part of the company for consultants

      Pros

      great place to gain valuable skills but then they fired the entire US training team. It was chaos and training was deeply impacted. No longer were there role models and advocates. Very sad

      Cons

      No stability and most competent managers/trainers were fired or quit. Consultants were left to fend for themselves. Very sad as the training team were valuable and supportive.

      Pay package isn’t the best, they go off company you are on assignment with. Larger US firms you get more pay, which is ridiculous given roles and responsibilities should be analysed not based just on company
