      Pros

      Adequate training with competent trainers (for dev streams at least). Opportunities to work abroad if you prove competent. Guaranteed Interviews with top companies if you display promise.

      Cons

      Training is sink or swim, if you don't keep up you will quickly get left behind. Whether you get a job is based on how competent you are at both your discipline and interview techniques. You are "FDM's product" and it certainly feels like it. Salary could be better.

      Pros

      Great company culture! Friendly staff with constant mentoring and support throughout training period and whilst on client site. Fantastic opportunity to get the chance to work with big blue chip clients and build up great commercial experience.

      Cons

      I would recommend this company to any graduate looking to break into the IT industry.

      Pros

      The training has been a really steep learning curve but I have received nothing but support from the training staff. I have read the other reviews that have said 'left on my own' - but in my experience all you have to do is ask - and you will get help! I am looking forward to going out on site once I have completed my training!

      Cons

      A huge amount of work - but it will pay off!
