      Decent once you are out of 2 year contract

      Pros

      -Good connections into big companies -Negotiation for good pay once out of 2 year contract

      Cons

      -communication is terrible -benefits aren't great -Within the 2 year contract you are paid terribly -training isn't good -training to prepare for client placement is even worse -Once you actually negotiate for higher pay outside of the first 2 years, all the extra pay gets tacked onto a daily bonus.. so if you take time off you only get the base pay and miss the daily bonus on the days you aren't actually working

      great opportunities and awesome network capabilities with the amount of people you meet.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, and will cut you if the market is bad and don't want to help anymore. then they will overpay then ask for the money back not the 2 years of my life that I made terrible income
