      Pros

      There are several paths you can take once you join any of the FDM streams. Working with your Account Manager is crucial to finding the correct placement. If you can network aggressively & if you have self starter personality, you should be able to receive several placement opportunities.

      Cons

      There are a lot of candidates that are trying to get placements at the same time so getting the attention of account managers can be difficult at times.
