      Cons

      - 12 weeks of training at $15/hr. The training is from full time hours so you won’t be able to work another job while you’re going through training. - they start you off at $50k/annual with $5k increase every 6 months until you reach $60k despite the average for this role being around $75-80k. - you’re locked into a contract so you can’t leave early and find your own employment without paying a hefty plenty fee for a contract break. - they can place you anywhere in the US.
