      Willing to hire those with minimal experience

      Cons

      2 year contract and they will pursue you legally if you break it. you have to be geographically flexible. you have no choice where as to where they send you. training is often interrupted by interviews, etc.

      Pros

      FDM will hire mostly anyone. The training is fairly straightforward and simple. They are a fine stepping stone for greater things if you're lucky

      Cons

      Bad Pay No support once placed Unresponsive Training here didn't provide any useful info. The training is essentially so they can bog you down with a crappy contract. You'll do most of you're learning on the job Unpaid overtime
