This is a very good opportunity to get your foot in the door with some very large clients. Even with a tech bachelor's degree, there was still a lot for me to learn in practice through FDM. There are many areas that could be improved, but it is very much about the effort you put in. Those that get placed with clients have more likely than not put more work and effort in than those who did not.

Cons

It can feel very disorganized at times and the amount of time between completely training and getting placed can feel like an eternity. It is very easy to slip through the cracks, but if you keep pressure on the right people, you will eventually get a placement.
