Through our consultant career framework initiative, we help consultants map their career paths and our Consultant Experience (CX) team supports them with regular milestone meetings throughout their time on client assignment.
We also offer opportunities for promotion and salary increases after the initial two years in the FDM Graduate Programme as a Senior Consultant.
