This company is the best example of how bad can company be with a really good business plan. Training people "from zero" and deploying them to clients sunds great in theory. In practice most selected employees are experienced in one area or another. Its extremely useful to be able to pass endless taska and exams throughout the course. To be able to pass them you work nights often. Teacher are aware but not care at all. But the best part comes when you have any contact with account managers, HR, Payroll or any releted departament. Incredible lack of competence all around. And new peaks of no respect for employees and treatment like human garbage. Couples years of therapy needed after working here. Please don't apply if you have respect for yourself.
