      Pros

      -training is great to get fast access to the IT world -opportunities from major companies may lead to full time employment after contract is done -skills learned on job site are different from training,BUT, those skills learned onsite are remarkable updates for your resume

      Cons

      -training is intense and time consuming -FDM is not hiring currently and are letting a major portion of trained consultants go due to the hiring downturn the last year and a half -no real support except from co students while in training -no real support while onsite and will the company will let you go with no reason or accountability from FDM Human Resources, e.g. they are currently firing a lot of consultants because of the downturn in contractor opportunities and the economy
