      Beware of Account managers.

      Pros

      You get paid training, but it most likely won't be relevant in helping you land a role with client.

      Cons

      You often feel like you are not working with the Account managers, you have to message them constantly to have them put you forward for opportunity. They do not give you feedback on why you are not put forward for some role. They barely remember you as an individual, even after a number of introduction emails and what area you have up-skilled, you have to constantly sell yourself to them.
