      Stay away if you can, admin and support is terrible

      Pros

      - Top industry clients that make your CV look good - Enables a smooth and easy career switch - Nice FDM consultants community

      Cons

      - The admin, HR, account managers, senior management, etc are very rude. Only fellow consultants are nice. - Lots of racism and discrimination for such a diverse company. - Pay is way below industry grade and there are zero external benefits. No bonus, no tips, no nothing. - They take 80% of the pay the client gives, leaving you with little over minimum wage. - They look for every excuse to deduct pay, often asking follow ups on booked annual leave to ask if you would rather take it as unpaid leave. - Holiday days are only 17 days as they book the rest off from bank holidays and mandatory leave for Christmas. - They don't cover travel costs and push for you to go into office thrice a week even when your team is fully remote.

      Pay is lower than overall in the industry, you don't get any employee benefits.
