Great place to jumpstart your carreer, but don't expect much in the way of compensation

Pros

They take their time to teach and train you for a myriad of different jobs, mostly in banking and IT. It's not necessary to have prior experience, but you need to have some sort of technical background. If you want to switch careers but don't know how, they offer a great opportunity to do so.

Cons

They don't offer medical insurance and pay is low.
