      Pros

      The premise is really good, if you don't know what you want to do after uni it will give you a great overview of lots of different companies and opportunity to try and go on placement with several.

      Cons

      Salary is shockingly low Takes forever to get a placement Really badly organised No one cares about your mental health

      Good to get into tech industry

      -Wide variety of placements -Lots of placements with large banks/firms

      Cons

      -Can't choose your exact role -Lower salaries compared to competitors -Worse benefits ie holiday days compared to competitors -Questionable contract
