Pros
Can get your foot in the door in an IT career. Can gain experience and potentially a permanent contract with prestigious companies.
Cons
Account managers and senior management are highly immoral people who see their consultants not as people but as commodities to sell to their clients. Low pay for graduate consultants if you can get in directly with client companies, the salary will he significantly more. Unreasonable working conditions with some clients: account managers will not be supportive if you are consistently working long hours and not getting paid overtime. Little to no support from FDM whilst on client site.
