Good if you do not have CS degree, they get your foot in the door with big name clients. I tried to get interviews before FDM and I wouldn't even get a call for an interview because I had 0 years of experience and a nonrelated degree. I switched careers during the pandemic and figured ill take the pay cut for the two-year contract. Their business model worked for me because I don't have responsibilities besides myself, if I had any dependents it would've been a lot more stressful. You get 15 pto days

- The training program is practical and at a relatively fast pace, which means you can improve your technical skills to a great extent with in 2-3 months. PowerBI, ETL, SQL server which are all highly applicable in the real world work. - I got placement secured with KPMG about 3 weeks before the training finished. It’s an excellent opportunity for me, as I do know it’s hard to get a formal consult position as a graduate in such a big company. - Staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially the trainer, they are all professional, patient and responsible. Christophe and Ian work late with our cohort to solve our problems, appreciated a lot.
