They trap you in a two year contract and even if you are miserable to the point of suicide, they paint on a smile and tell you to just see through to the end of your contract. This company is a front for indentured servitude. Even if you're desperate for a job, trust me your mental health will thank you for not selling your soul for an in to corporate America.

Account Managers dehumanize the trainees and treat them as nothing but sales. There is poor communication throughout the company and inconsistent policies everywhere. As a trainee you are the product for the whole company and you aren't treated as anything more. You can be pressured to accept roles you're not interested in with absolutely no transparency from the company and can be forced to moved to an expensive city on a moment's notice. Their "clients" are sometimes not completely informed on the business model and this can be a burden on the consultants. You are signed to a 2-year contract that is very difficult to break. I would recommend not coming here or at least try to overburden your recruiter with questions to make sure you are positive this is what you want to do.
