      Pros

      Great job for experience, great coworkers, loved my station. Got to work with really resilient coworkers especially during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, don’t expect to get rich in this job. But if you love it, go for it. Did not like the mandations, and hopefully the department gets better benefits and more time off for its hard working employees especially for their mental health. Too many risks for the little pay, blood and other pathogens and diseases.
