Pros

Hours are very laid back.

Cons

Dr. David Prezant is extremely stingy with salary. He pays his statisticians about 40k a year while people who sort mail get about $90k a year. It's like grade-school, you have to clock in and clock out every time you step out for lunch. He drags you into long 4-hour useless meetings. Very lopsided. It's good to get your experience or use it as stepping stone and then leave.
