FDR is such a great place to work! Everyone is nice and welcoming which makes for an awesome work dynamic. The main principles of FDR know what they are doing, and have created a great work environment that is inclusive and flexible.
Cons
I'm not sure I have any cons. However, they are a smaller company. Sometimes a small company has advantages, and can make the work environment fun. There are just a few things you'll miss out on that a bigger company would be able to give you. I feel it's worth it though.
I've been with the company for a little under 2 years. Our workplace is family like and very collaborative. Each Principle/Manager is amazing and what they do. We have had the ability to work from home during COVID, but are transitioning back into the office, but will still be allowed that flexibility. Overall, you couldn't ask for a better organization to be a part of.
