Less salary, too much work.

-Not very welcoming to the team, from day 1 I felt out of place and ignored -Terrible training, done by contracted employee who didn't seem to stay on track with training me. -Work load was way too high, and although we were asked if we could handle it all I soon felt that I couldn't be honest because we were constantly told we could ask for help and then that would be followed up with how busy everyone else in HR was. -Hired recruiters before hiring someone to manage them. Director made it astoundingly clear they wanted nothing to do with Recruiting but then they stopped trying to hire a manager. Seemed like there was no foresight or plan of how to run the Talent Acquisition team.
