Small company with big growing pains

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to do what you like, knowledgeable and nice people, interesting technology and platforms, worthwhile products, growing portfolio of work.

Cons

Have outgrown the current hierarchy (too flat, not responsive), boys club in executive management, growing way too fast and not always in a smart way, lack of training, siloed, reviews are infrequent and/or not on time, salary not always competitive and/or wait till you are out the door to make so.

Pros

The allows flex time and you get to work from home atleast 1 day per week.

Cons

You will get a small bonus but your raise might not come for 2 years depending on when you are hired. Little to no room for growth because of the almost flat structure. People perform duties and hold titles that they are not compensated for at market rate.

Relaxed environment, flexible schedule, telecommute, great culture, very knowledgeable staff.

Cons

I have yet to find any cons in my current position with FEI. I enjoy my job immensely and hope it remains that way!
