Pros
Awesome technical learning if you are inclined to learn. Most of the work is done by Architecture Team and as a developer you would only use the Framework written by someone. Though as a learner , you your self can explore all the ins and outs. Work Life Balance is on the Peak. No Micro management. Managers trust you and your commitments. Team members are tech savvy and very helpful and friendly.
Cons
Very common - Pay They have their standard of salaries if you satisfy , join. Realty is what ever they pay they expect from you that much only. No exceptional expectations therefore no exceptional pay.
