Company and leaders have strong focus on doing the right thing for customers, and view all trading partners as customers, including the manufacturer, providers and patients of the providers. Great company culture and teamwork throughout.

Cons

FFF is a small player in the world of the big full line distributors, and it has to be extra diligent and work extra smart to differentiate itself. So not a place for those who enjoy the steady-eddy or status quo pace.
